Meet Jessica

Jessica Chu, M.Div., Registered Psychotherapist (Ontario, Canada), Clinical Psychologist (Japan)

If you and your partner feel stuck in the same painful arguments, emotionally distant from each other, or unsure how to reconnect, you’re not alone. Meaningful change is possible.

I primarily work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my main treatment approach. EFT is a research-based approach that helps couples move out of negative patterns of conflict and rebuild a secure emotional bond through vulnerability, understanding, and connection.

With a warm, active, authentic, and culturally sensitive style, I strive to create a space where both partners feel safe and heard. I have been trained professionally and personally lived in both Western and Eastern cultures and provide treatments in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.
