We always recommend booking a free 15-minute consultation first to get a sense of the therapist. If the conversation goes well, we begin therapy. The first (and sometimes second) session is always dedicated to assessment, allowing us to get to know you and your situation better. We then present you a comprehensive treatment plan and discuss whether it aligns with your timeline, budget, preferences, etc. Once both parties agree, we formally start treatment, with a re-evaluation approximately every six sessions to ensure we're on track.
